"We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms! Positives: *very nice staff *excellent coffee bar *good breakfast Negatives *This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside *Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture. *The shower leaked so...

"The hotel was very basic and was definitely geared towards winter vacations. Our very small bare room had two beds, one outlet, one ceiling light and two metal shelfs. The shared bathroom was ok, but the toilet stalls were made from plywood and everything seemed to be done on a budget. All this would have been fine since the price matched the amenities, but it didn't. We found an amazing hotel (with an electric charge station!) in a neighboring town at a lower price. "

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!"

"Hotel Gran amb moltes espais i serveis (piscina interior i exterior, piostes esportives, parc infantil, mini golf, tenis taula,...). Té els seus anys i està força bé. Potser li faltaria un rentat de cara però la relació qualitat preu mooolt bona. Habitacions amplies i llits molt còmodes"
