The property is under some renovations. The pool wasn't available and should be told when doing the reservations

We were not given a king size bed, which is what I requested in my reservation. When I asked for it once I realized we had two queens, I was told it couldn’t be changed unless I cancelled my reservation with Expedia. That was ridiculous to think I could cancel a reservation on the day I’m checking in and get a refund. I told them we’d just keep the room we had, but once I returned to the room, I realized the carpet was soaked near the air conditioner. My husband went down to let them know at the front desk and came back with a room change with a king sized bed! Hopefully, I won’t be charged by Expedia and Hampton both! They are in the middle of a remodel now, so, hopefully, all the problems will be addressed.

They had a decent breakfast. Nobody bothered you it was quiet. Love how clean it was. I just wish the pool was working.

The facilities & breakfast area was great. The only problems we encountered was renovation & lack of air in the hallways.
