Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to all the interesting places .
Amazing restaurants around open till late. Spinnato perfect for all day coffee and Italian pastries.

Wonderful breakfast for €5,00!!
With many food options.
Very comfortable king bed with multiple pillows. Large bathroom with very large shower with special lighting system, that you can easily program yourself, large fluffy towels. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Windows that open. Room air-conditioning. Refrigerator and safe in room. Simply Wonderful place to stay!!!

Your feedback was a real suprise for us. You stayed only one night and you told us that you had a "lovely and beautiful stay with us". After your check-out you asked us to use our common areas for a few hours and the possibility to wach one football mach (important for you). We gave you this possibility without any extra charge. When we came back in the late afternoon, after your departure, we found the common areas really dirty, coke on the floor, used bottle,dirty table and sofas. Really really thanks for the respect you had for us, for the location and for our job!

Great option if you like the location!
Posted 31 Aug 2023 on HotelsVery cozy hotel with ability to self check-in. Front desk is not staffed 24h, so be aware. There is ability to leave luggage but it will not be guarded or kept behind a lock, FYI.
I had a double which had a huge bathroom and a nice terrace to the street. Street noise was not bad, and I'm a fairly light sleeper.
Breakfast available 8:30-10 only. They'll kindly ask which time you plan to eat and if you have a preference of sweet or savory.

Posted 16 Apr 2023 on HotelsIt is a great spot. Close to everything. like an apartment, 6 units in an apartment building. Codes to get into the building made it very easy.
Price was incredible. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room, amenities, facilities and property overall were excellent, conforming to what we had been offered in terms of quality and services.
The owners and staff were attentive and helpful, the location is excellent for walking to main attractions, shopping and dining, and is next to a stop for the airport shuttle bus.
Very good breakfast, accurate and practical information for visitors, and high standards for customer care. I would highly recommend to stay at Residenza Wagner.

Great place to stay in Palermo

First they send some instructions to get into the Hotel while we were getting there taking 3 long plane flights, for some reason we could download the instructions and we could not get in to the place, we called at the phone number and the person will not give us the information how to get in by phone so we had to wait after a long trip for the assistant to appear. After that I suggested to send this information well ahead of time, not the arrival day. We had to return at a second time, the room was paid off and no return money by then. So we arrived and now we had the info to get in, we found a charming couple from Spain having the same problem we had, and we reached the hotel, there was a cleaning woman saying the she had instructions not to let us in. We called again and they let our luggage in while the assistant will show up later to register. We were met by the owner scolding us for not following his orders, "his house his rules" and he said he is a lawyer and if we give the hotel a bad review he will sue us, all he cares is for his altar of review awards at his hotel, I recommend Hotels.con and Expedia to drop this hotel from your listing. No guest should go through this experience. We never use a bad word nor scalated the confrontation, I asked him to give me the key of the room I paid for and I will not waste my time arguing nonesense. I travel a lot but this is the WORST

Dear Madam, thank you for your comment. The only real thing you have written is that you have voluntarily decided to ignore our rules and the instructions we sent you to access. It is true you came twice. Both times you've decided to ignore our rules. The first time, we tried to contact you for days, called on the phone many times, sent 5 emails, we did everything to find out your arrival time. You never answered. Our reception opens at 4pm. This fact is clearly stated on the expedia website and on your reservation. You arrived at 3.45pm. We still sent you the self check-in instructions. You don't have them, deliberately (as you told me yourself using the words "I don't read emails"), read. I informed you by phone that my employee would arrive at 16. You didn't want to wait and you had other people open the main door of the building. At 4 pm my employee arrived and you, verbally attacked! All for waiting 15 minutes! You demanded that we change our rules for you! More serious thing. After two days you came back. I had, personally, given the instructions for the self check, you knew that our reception opened at 4pm. You arrived, specifically, at 2.40pm. You called saying you didn't care about the instructions I sent you. You demanded that someone come to you immediately. When I arrived you attacked me personally (for the second time!). I don't understand, what you write. You deliberately wanted to ignore everything, phone calls, emails, my instructions, the rules of the structure. I travel a lot too. When I travel I read, always, very carefully the rules of the structure where I book. I don't ask a hotel to change its rules for my comfort !!! Fortunately, I have many customers and reviews that contradict your slander! Congratulations, you won the place as the worst guest of the year!
