I'm 80 years old and 5 feet tall. The room I was in had a toilet on a 8 inch stand. I had to tip toe to get on it and had to slide off it. The make up mirror was placed about 7 feet up on the wall. Enough said.
The average room is like a college dorm. The only saving grace on this is the location.

Centrally located, quiet and walking distance to everything.
Breakfast service was wonderful but food options lacking. Cold eggs and uncooked bacon were the norm.

Staff was not helpful
Air Conditioning went out
Charged more than anticipated
Elevators were dirty & small.

Location, location. This hotel has pristine real estate location for visiting Palermo’s historic center, everything is walkable. Magic!
