The building has no name on it and you will have a difficult time finding it. it is also extremely run down. we were greeted by bees and roaches and a filthy floor. elevators hardly work. you need to hit the button 10 times for something to happen. not to mention it sounds like it's gonna break down every second. the entire property has an extremely foul sewage like smell. it's atrocious. we had to hold our breath in the private bathroom. the key for the bathroom is also ancient. you have to bend down and look into the keyhole to get it in somehow. extremely run down. thin walls. i can hear everyone. also the maid was very rude. check out was 10 and she barged into my room at 10 on the dot without even a knock asking to clean and when i asked for 2 minutes she shook her head at me. 1 minute later she was banging on my door telling me to leave. i would never stay here again. the property is close to the beach but all chairs were closed for some reason and we had to lay towel out in front of the chairs since they were fenced off and the waves got us and our towels soaked and sandy. ruined the beach day. we left because of discomfort. there is no lobby and nobody to ask any questions too either. this building looks like it's going to collapse. spend the extra money and stay somewhere better. this place sucks.

It is quite astonishing to read your review, considering that two days prior to your check-in, we sent you an email with detailed instructions and on the day of arrival, a WhatsApp message with all necessary information. If you failed to read either, it is not our responsibility.While the building itself is historic, the interior is fully renovated and modern (sa shown in the pictures), and the elevators are in perfect working condition. Regarding your check-out experience, our records show that you left at 10:27 AM, indicating you had ample time to check out calmly. Our check-out time is 10:00 AM, and our chambermaid knocked on the door at that time to see if the room was ready for cleaning. If you had informed us earlier about wanting a late check-out, we would have accommodated your request. The chambermaid's promptness was to ensure the room was prepared for incoming guests.We take pride in our service and facilities, and it's unfortunate that your experience did not reflect the standard we strive to maintain.

Mondello beach rooms was a great beach location for a few days, right in front of the beach, walkable to restaurants, very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. The only downside for us was the noise at night. On weekends, there’s loud music from the restaurant next door. If you don’t plan to join their party, it’s not possible to sleep until 2am.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy you enjoyed the room.Just to clarify your last sentence regarding the noise, the nearby Arena hosts music events only once a month during the summer, generally preferring dinners and theatrical performances that always end by midnight.

The building is literally in the front of the beach. Room is spacious and tidy. The bathroom is "shared" on the ad, however, you have a key for it so only you and your travel partner can use so that is a bonus. Other huge bonus was that I thought my check-out would be at noon but it was at 10am, so I left to the beach and when I got back the automated key wasnt working. I called them and they promptly let me stay until noon and activated my key back, so that was a huge kindness. Excellent and would recommend the Hotel.

Just be careful if you don’t have the ability to call like I did because of my foreign phone number and lack of international minutes. Once I was able to communicate they were excellent. I would just recommend that their generated email have that information in it

Good value for a one night transit stay. Great location across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants…the room was small but clean and manageable for one night …
