The location is ideal for those who want to explore Palermo's historic center. The facilities were immaculate clean! Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty. Mari and Francesco were awesome at the cafe.

These were nice rooms located in a great part of town. We really liked the walkability and great food at our doorstep. Hot water was iffy but tolerable. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch as was tickets for breakfast at cafe. Very good

Convenient to dining areas. Great plaza and great place to stay.
It was extremely hot and the air conditioning, even after they corrected it, was not cooling as we expected. Low cooling system- might be what’s appropriate for the property.
Overall, good place to stay.

The hosts were friendly and even offered to let us check in early. The rooms are nice and clean and the AC works well!

Very bed Communication with customers I personally never had a chance to meet them and I saw the family with two kids next to the door asking us to let them in overall very bad service and communication. Thank you.

Hello. Is not true at all that you never had the chance to meet us, because we were there when you checked in (even if you never communicated us your arrival time, despite the fact that is asked to let us know when every guest make the reservation and we also remind it to our guest through the internal chat after the guests' booking).And you checked-in because we were waiting for you to arrive...When you arrived you were not even going to give us your identity documents, which we have to register by law for security reasons, ours and the customers'We also asked you if you needed any information or anything when you arrived, and you told us you just wanted to rest, and you just asked us the favor to connect both your mobiles to the WiFi, to be in touch with your relatives.Moreover, during the daily make up of the rooms, we realized that you were not respecting our rules, since you separated the card (useful to avoid the waste of energy since it is removed by all guests when they leave the room, being the card on purpose connected with the keys) from the keys, also leaving the air conditioning and lights on in your absence, only to come back in the evening (so everything would have been turned on for about 10 hours with no one inside the room).I can just suppose you are confusing our accomodation with some other where you have been during your trip, because what you wrote does not correspond to the truth, that you never met us there is not possible or you wouldn't have the possibility to get inside your room at your arrival...Wish you a wonderful day!Kala Rooms

Posted 21 May 2024 on HotelsRoom was very generous in size. Shower / bathroom was great. Room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for our one night stay. Breakfast at the cafe across the road is a coffee and a few pastries which was delicious. Would recommend!
