Friendly staff, quick check-in, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom.
My bedroom was just outside the kitchen which i found odd, but overall i was satisfied and woild definitely stay here again.

Worst ever
Posted 11 May 2024 on HotelsWe thought we were staying in a band b (bed and breakfast) but it seems this is untrue if you want breakfast it was an additional 8 euros and from what we saw it wasn’t worth it to me saying you are a band b is false advertising, room extremely small box room size and no windows, drains in bathroom smelt of raw sewage , no free water provided had to pay for everything additionally so would I stay again definitely not and would I recommend absolutely NO how the owner can say he has 9.6 from booking . Com is beyond me not sure where the reviews are coming from. We had been looking forward to Palermo and this experience has been the worst of our 2.5 weeks in Italy

Dear Madam, all over the world hotels and B&Bs have one rate with breakfast and one without breakfast. Guests decide which one to take when booking, you have chosen the cheapest rate which does not include breakfast. I demonstrated to her several times what was described, I also made her read the Expedia email where it confirmed her booking choice EXCLUDING breakfast, but evidently she did not accept that the mistake was hers in having chosen a rate plan without breakfast and doesn't want to accept it. For our part, we are confident in our transparency in communication. She complains that the water and other drinks found inside the mini fridge in the room were not free, but she is also very confused about this, in all hotels water and other drinks are paid for. Regarding the bad smell that comes from the bathroom, I have to, despite myself, deny it since we put liquids inside the toilets that perfume the whole bathroom. We wish you a peaceful holiday during your stay in Sicily. Last thing, the scores of 9.5 that we have are the opinions of hundreds of guests who have come to our facility, and an invitation not to doubt them.

Amazing host Emanuele that communicated everything I needed to know prior to my arrival and also during my stay. Conveniently located and you can walk to the main cultural sites of Palermo! I 100% recommend Ponticello hotel to anytime who want to have pleasant stay in the city! Emanuele (the host) deserves a 5 star award !!!

we had no outside window in our room.
but we did have a small inside window with a light coming through all night.

We regret that the room you choose, during the booking phase, was that without the window, we have other rooms with balcony. The light of the living area, which you claim has been annoying at night, it turns off with a simple switch that is located outside your room.
