We loved our stay at BB22. Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, quiet area in easy walking distance of major sites. The highlight for us was the warmth and hospitality of the staff who gave such good guidance including excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Walkable to the Vucciria and Ballaro markets, waterfront, and Via Roma without actually being on a busy, noisy street. The team at BB22, especially Daniel, was super helpful and thoughtful with his recommendations for sites to visit when we checked in. Even on our last day, we were at breakfast before check out and he asked what our plans were and told us about this Sunday flea market close by so we went before leaving the hotel. Not the kind of thoughtful and care you would get from a larger hotel. So glad we went to BB22. We stayed at the suite with kitchenette. It was large, light-filled, and clean. Loved it!

The ladies at B22 were awesome in terms of welcoming us and providing recommendations on dining option and history of the building. They are very proud of the level of restoration that was put into the building as they should be!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a variety of items, cheese, meats, tomatoes. Cut up mixed fruit, like a salad, cakes and breads. We had a terrace room which was beautiful. Unfortunately this is a very old building, so lots of stairs to get to the upper floors, which was also the reception and breakfast room.

This is a nice cozy hotel in the middle of Palermo next to the harbour. Many restaurants and small shops are nearby. The stuff is very friendly. Emanuela treated us very friendly and was all day and night reachable.

A good location right on the edge of the old town. Easy transport to and from the airport using the shuttle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are also close to the marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an up to date bathroom. My bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Very enjoyable stay however no lift so if you have mobility issues then be aware

Super Lage um Palermo zu entdecken. Zu unserem Zimmer gehörte ein toller Balkon mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumchen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Erstmalig in Palermo

Kurzentschlossen haben wir eine Reise nach Sizilien gebucht. Unsere erste Station war das 22 Charming Rooms&Apartments. Das kleine Gasthouse liegt sehr zentral um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Palermo zu besichtigen.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber nicht immer anwesend. So auch nicht beim Check in, da wir keinen Türcode erhalten hatten standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Unser Taxifahrer Toni hat aber alles mit einem Telefonat geregelt und sogar die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. Wir können das Guesthouse sehr empfehlen und würden wieder dort übernachten.
