We really enjoyed our stay here… room was nice and clean and in the heart of all things Palermo! Parking was tricking at first but Simone helped us !!!!

The suite was clean and very accessible to the main walking area of Palermo.
We quite enjoyed our stay.
We only speak English and our host was very kind in using the translate app to communicate with us. We would highly recommend Suite Quaroni for your next stay in Palmero.

There was no point of contact on person and the contact spoke no English which posed some difficulties. Overall, the property is well located and well kept.

I would suggest the property to write directions on how to check in. The front desk person was in a garage parking cars and we had to wait 30 min outside the suites

This is a bare-bones property which has no element of service -- but it is very conveniently located and properly maintained. That said, the maid ate the food that we were told was free (turns out they charge handsomely for snacks laid out on the counter) and we had to dispute that. Also the entry to the "suite" is dark and a bit sketchy, late at night. It is centrally located, which is great, but I would not stay there again.

Dear guest, first of all I don't understand what you mean in your review, it seems out of context. Regarding what you consumed of snacks and mini bar as in all the hotels in the world they are paid, in our structure compared to all the others we accompany the customers directly to the room and we explain everything there is to know including the paid things also next to the snacks and the mini bar there is the price list. As for the darkness I don't understand what you mean the light of the entrance is always on day and night, I remain shocked by your score only because. and they asked you for the money of what you consumed. anyway I thank you anyway.
