"Good location, great rooms and service"

"The hotel is brand new within a renovated villa. We stayed in junior suite room, which was very spacious with a sea view and a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, with A/C. There were two smart TVs with ability to stream. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Fabiola and Annia were very helpful and polite. "Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. "

"Sono tornato con piacere in questo Boutique Hotel dove trovo personale cordiale e disponibile, la gente di questa terrà è sempre accogliente e simpatica. Abbiamo avuto colazione top con prodotti del territorio e una vista bellissima sul mare. La suite è pulitissima e spaziosa, con una terrazza ad uso esclusivo dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità. La Sicilia è bellissima , il cibo ottimo , i colori ed i profumi straordinari, ma per visitare tutto è necessario venire più volte perchè...

"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"The position is very good both for traveler (close to Palermo airport) than for shopping and the beach activities. The room was very large and very nice and modern. All very clean. Bathroom large and very clean. Restaurant very very good."

Friendly comfortable hotel

"The hotel had a spacious clean warm room with a fridge, a small table and chairs too. Also a big shower room and toilet. We loved it. Also we were picked up at the airport after dropping off the hire car, and taken back to departures at 4.00 am the next morning. How wonderful. I hope to go back"

"Very comfortable hotel right off the water, close to the City square. Staff was wonderful, the room clean & comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our tour of Italy. We stayed at the beginning of December and loved it, can't imagine how nice it is in the Spring and Summer. Stay here."

Brilliant service, near airport

"Booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Palermo Airport as I had a very early 05.45 flight and did not wish a long commute. This property was excelent. The manager was fantastic and got up and drove me to the airport himself at 3.00 am . He offered us pizza and salad roomservice but ewe went out. The room was lovely despite some used toiletry wrapper in the shower from the prevvious guest. Lovely bed , lounging and reading area . I am sure the breakfast looked and sounded good but unfortunately I missed it due to an early check out. I highly recommend walking around and going for a drink or eating in the small village wher the hotel is. Great history and memorial to anti Mafia efforts. A great bakey Palazzolo, best Canolis, coffee and desserts, all home made. Voglia di pizza , great pizza cafe, outside seating , local pizza variation with anchovies amazing."
