They gave me a room very far away and we had to walk in the heat, then I realized they had golf carts and they never offered me one, they didn't give us a welcome drink, the spa service was very mediocre, the pool was very full of people who I don't think were staying at the hotel and the guests who were in the next room were super noisy.

Check in was fast and friendly. The property is surrounded by the beautiful jungle.
The area is very humid so you feel the humidity smell in the room as we arrived but it went away when we turned on the ac.
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel

I reserved two rooms with Expedia. For some reason a staff member did the check-in in one of the rooms before we got there. The lady in the front desk didn't know what happened and it took her a while to find out. She didn't provide much information to us and wasn't particularly kind. She never apologized for the delay with the check-in. We were tired and didn't appreciate the wait.
Other than that we had a good stay in the hote.

The food at the restaurant is very good, reasonable prices, breakfast was also great, big variety from omelets to barbacoa. You could probably pay more by going out for food.

We weren’t here for long but our stay was amazing.. super clean, and the staff was super friendly and nice. The food was also.
