Awesome grounds but beds need upgrading
Posted 5 Jan 2022 on HotelsThe location of this hotel is great, as well as the grounds! Rooms are large and well appointed except for the beds...the mattress need to be upgraded. They are hard and feel old tech...providing low quality rest. Although we had superb service in our room, other rooms in our group did not...of course we where there during the week after x-mas and the hotel was packed...this caused customer service to suffer specially at restaurant and bar. Overall we would return and recommend this hotel when you visit Palenque!

Malisimo el trato en recepción, una señorita en reservaciones. Además muy caro para lo que se ofrece.

We liked the monkeys howling in the trees outside the hotel...at 6AM. :-)
