A pretty hotel . Best place in the area to stay

Not good for travelers
Posted 30 Sep 2019 on Hotels-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim.
-There's no WiFi connection.
-There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online.
-There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management.
Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied.

Thank you for your time to write this review, i apologized for the bad experience during your visit, with regards to your booking please be inform that your booking is without breakfast and its clearly mention in your confirmation number that expedia sent to you, and since you book in Family Deluxe Room we have given you a special rate for your breakfast. Regards to the swimming pool area and the rooms we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations.

初めて利用させていただきました。ホテルとレストランは良かったのですが、交通が不便で車がないと外出できなかったのが残念です。スタッフの方達は親切でした♪
