This was our first time to the Phillippines, my suggestion is don’t stay in el nido town, stay your entire time at Cauayan, the hotel was incredible but the staff makes it a 10 star hotel. We were lucky enough to meet Gio, Cristian and Alrey from the pool bar, they were all so kind and welcoming, they make killer drinks and are always making sure you have the best time. "Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful.
