"Absolutely gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings. Free parking directly outside the hotel and was easy to find a space. Walkable down to the harbour (20mins) but they also put on a shuttle bus that we didn’t use as it is back uphill. Lovely views from the restaurant and pool area. Our room was directly onto the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms particularly the bathrooms could do with an update but they were very clean and had everything we needed and the outside of the hotel and facilities made up for this. Highly recommend "

"My daughter had ants in her bed, and when I asked about a refund they laughed in my face and then as I was walking away, I could hear them saying, “Where are these people from and world they live in, thinking they can get a refund for ants in their bed?” So then I walked back and we had a screaming argument so the entire campground could hear us.
