Good value hotel in Palanga
Posted 2 Sep 2015 on HotelsExcellent value. Hotel was simple--clean and comfortable. Location was good--5 minute walk to main pedestrian street and 10 minute walk to beach. Room was nothing special, but was perfectly fine. Free parking and wifi was a plus. Rate did not include breakfast, but extra 8 euro was well worth it for a hot dish cooked to order plus breakfast buffet. Would stay here again.

Well appointed hotel in quiet well located area
Posted 18 Aug 2014Smart, tidy and friendly small hotel. Don't bother eating breakfast there (it's 8 euro extra which is totally overpriced and the food is basic). Walk 5 mins into town and there are cafés everywhere.
Staff are friendly and service is faultless. Delux double room with a balcony is pretty good. Only downside of this (2014) summer is that the temperature was 34-36 deg Celsius and there is no air conditioning!!
Supermarket just next door and with the fridge in the room it's perfect to stock up your own minibar as the prices are extremely cheep in Lithuania for food and drink!

If you have one of the deluxe rooms with a deck and the weater is hot you'll want the room windows open, but the restaurant serves meals on the patio below the two rooms with deck and as a result you can hear the chatter of the dinners on the patio below until 11PM.
