Even though Orbitz made me think I had a free breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to give us coffee and Vietnamese breakfast in the morning.
They were quite kind, and very hospitable.
I left some kip on the table as a tip. When I got back they gave the money back to me and said they could not accept the tip. That I was valued guest and I would be treated as such!

A bit noisy if you’re on the front street. Well located close to market. Friendly staff. Rooms clean. Nice to sit on balcony watch the people.

We just did a one night stop over so was grand got bus from just at the coner the next morning

Very nice place. Nice and friendly staff. Good restaurant for breackfast/lunch. Laudry service .

Good value for money hotel

Pros - great location. Good services available, restaurant and foreign exchange.
Cons - Low water pressure and poor WiFi in the room
Therefore it depends on your priorities
