When first check in the hotel room, found that the shower area is full of THICK BLACK MOULD. The toilet bidet is dirty and rusty. The shower gel is empty and the housekeeper don't even check or bother to refill it . Have to personally go down to the hotel reception to feedback to fix all these issues as the phone line unable to reach the Housekeeper or Reception. When request for more drinking water, were been told that is chargable for 20 baht. The room cleaniness is bad too as can find spider web below the bed.

Rooms feel dated and not well maintained. Mold is visible along the edges of the shower screen. Waste water couldn’t clear from the toilet and I had to spend almost an hour to clear my poop out. I wouldn’t return.
Breakfast selection is acceptable not wonderful nor memorable

The breakfast start at 7 am. It as a wide spread of western, Thai and Chinese variety. The food was delicious. The staff was helpful and service was very good.
