The stay was ok could of been better customer service isn’t that great and not good choice of food for vegetarians, normally when you ask a chef to make something they will at this hotel they refused to cater when asked

Sara and Sheila were great host. The service was great. The entertainment should be more inclusive. Mostly French.

La terasse vue Ocean est tres mediocre la vue correspond plus a une vu toit de l'immeuble en dessous . La chambre etait grande est spacieuse . Tres déçue de la temperature des piscines. Piscines extrêmement froide. Difficile de s'y baigner meme en periode d'été. Restauration mediocre , peu de choix et répetitif. Sercice en salle de restauration pas du tout professionnel cest a nous meme de mettre la table apres d'autres clients et de nettoyer les tables . Un grand merci au femme de ménage qui font un tres bon travail sur la propreté des chambres.

Everything was amazing. Nice place and food was lovely with plenty of choice the Staffs were very friendly . The rooms are very clean as well.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the animation team work tirelessly, keeping guests engaged. The hotel charge you a daily rate to use the safe in the room, and a deposit for pool towels, which everytime you change for clean ones you have to pay an additional charge which is non refundable. Our towels got taken(stolen) and we had no receipt so lost our deposit only to be told by staff we should keep towels with us at all times. All inclusive bar stops free drinks at 11pm. Non of the above is stated when booking, you are not told to keep receipts with you for towels to be refunded at end of stay. no guest would want to steal our dirty towels, I believe they remove them, so people lose there deposits. No water provided in rooms either.
