This hotel was truly nice. But I got there at almost 9pm and it took 43 minutes to check in, that’s beyond unacceptable to me. No apologies for the wait, not small talk: it was just super weird, no idea where breakfast was but I think it was offered,
For the good, the room was super comfortable and lots of room. Bathroom was great as well. Parking was perfect as well.
But 43 minutes to check in was just crazy.

The tres mexican close by is the best around! Very clean place! Breakfast at the place is a huge negative!! Only one server and she couldn’t handle all the business so we had to leave and go to hardees!! Close to everything and cleans is the positives

Area around the property was very dumpy. Not a lot of choices for eating

Ramada Inn Paintsville KY was amazing. Everywhere I looked the facility was modern, neat and clean, well maintained, easy to get around in. I loved the village square off the lobby with the brick pavement, water fountain, quaint street lights and benches. We loved the swimming pool, Honey B’s restaurant and the spiral staircase. The room was neat, clean, fresh and well equipped with everything a traveler could want. The staff people were attentive, polite fun and always cleaning something. All this in the quiet hills of rural Kentucky. You should really check this place out for yourself.
