Terrible Experience !

Be Aware! I had to climb 49 stairs to reach my room!! No elevator!!!! This was not clear from the property description. Asked to change the room, but they would not do it! Terrible experience!

Such an unfair review. There is no elevator due to our Cedar cabins being situated on the side of a hill! The stairs shown in our photos are clearly obvious. We were unable to move you the first night, due to being full, but did offer you a lower SeaView room for the next two nights with half the stairs but you said you would stay where you were. You did also comment how nice the cabins were. So this score merely reflects your thoughts about the stairs. Perhaps check out the photos in more detail next time to avoid disappointment.

Cabins are located close to town so just an easy walk to cafes and Paihia wharf for activities. The cabin was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Only stayed for the night and the staff were friendly, awesome cabins with comfy beds.The motel was clean and tidy. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful service with great recommendations. Everything was spotless upon check in. Highly recommend.
