Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and both of us were really impressed, we were welcomed immediately and was given some good locations to explore that I’d have never considered.
Breakfasts were also very impressive and though small were just enough to start the day. We will definitely be returning to this guest house l, though I’m not a fan of Paignton
