Our hosts Leigh and Vicky were very welcoming and the accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches like a borrow or swap books area and a bucket & spade library for guests to use in the summer months. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared to our exact request. If we're down this way again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Not a high end hotel so basing a fair review on that. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and well maintained. Parking was provided in a nearby multistorey car park free of charge(ground floor) Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Overall a nicely ran small hotel that provided a base for exploring the area.

Perfect location for the train station and seafront. Hotel very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Hosts friendly and happy to assist with any requests or queries. Clean, modern and value for money
We stayed 2 nights, the hosts were lovely very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were decorated very tastefully and had all the facilities you could wish for, there were teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the room and a self service bar downstairs in the breakfast room. We were lucky enough to be able to park our car in front of the hotel for our stay. We would defiantly recommend staying and will be back.

The hotel owners were very friendly, welcoming & obliging. They very kindly moved us to a room with en suite. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The beds were very comfy & the room was a perfect temperature.
