"Nice public areas for swimming, hot tub, lounging -- all with a beautiful view of the lake. Staff were easy to work with and very responsive with requests and questions. Onsite restaurant offered good dinner options at a reasonable cost. The breakfast buffet provided was one of the best on our trip. Private garage for parking was appreciated and convenient."

"The hotel description boast among other things "Multilingual staff" -- well, English was certainly not one of those languages. "Child friendly" -- on a steep hillside with stone staircases everywhere. We did not dare to leave our two-year-old alone for a second.
