Holiday inn is very clean and friendly atmosphere. Just the Breakfast was delayed by 30 mins due to staff delay.

Shampoo and conditioner rack on the shower wall was dropped in the middle of night, very Loud. It was glued on the wall, the glue was not that good to hold the shampoo rack

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the experience unpleasant. I expected better communication and a more welcoming attitude. I hope this can be addressed to improve future interactions.
