Floor was tacky. Room wasn't very soundproof. Heard our upstairs neighbors walking constantly and our side neighbors conversation. I have infants and felt bad when they woke up at 5am crying.
We kept our babies whole milk in the fridge which we discovered was not functioning in the morning. Milk wasted. Kids wailing at 5am, had to find someone to help us get more which they were very nice about.
Manager agreed to wave a fee for a crib that there was a lot of back and forth on whether or not it existed. Which was super nice-- until I noticed my credit card was charged less than ten minutes after the conversation. The fee was small. I would have been happy to pay it. I was happy to have a crib. Just so weird she agreed to it and then immediately charge me.
Overall I got what I paid for. This hotel was very inexpensive. It is what it is.

The property is worn down. Staff were friendly and helpful but the shower head was falling off of the pipe in the wall in the bathroom among other things. It was a short stay and we needed a spot and this place served that purpose fine, but it was over $250 to stay, soooooo price didn't match the experience

Pretty clean property. Friendly staff. The mini fridge barely worked so I didn't get to keep my insulin cold with the fridge like I had planned. Decent amenities.

Property was off the beaten path but looked nice in the lobby area. My room was extremely small and at the end of the hall near stairs so it was noisy. The sink didn’t drain well and shower had mold in the corners but it was big enough to sleep
