the worst hotel ever ever I stayed! all white towels were discoloured into dark grey, front desk staffs chatted long time insread of guest service, it was terrible! room was located half basement! this stay in Page bestwestin plus hotel in will be the last "bestwestin" brand hotel in my future travel.

This is our worst stay we've had. The staff was very understanding and should've accommodated our requests before our portable air conditioner didn't work, our lights on our room (206) kept flickering and before our power went out completely!! I called the front desk and they switched us to the room next door (208)... which also has a portable a/c and NO POWER!! After sitting in our room for almost a half hour and no answers, we moved to the lobby where the kind man gave us our new key cards. Him and the front desk lady were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. Do not stay in rooms 206 and 208!!

Firstly I would like to emphasize that all the staff at this location were personable, professional and welcoming. We had significant issues with the cleanliness of the bedding and they worked very hard to resolve the issues promptly. This message is more for the upper management. This location was understaffed and without sufficient resources to address our bedding issues. There was only one person on duty in the evening and the kiosk in the front was of no help. To run a hotel you need one staff at the desk and another available to address issues as they arise. The hotel was not sufficiently stocked with bedding and no additional coverlets or duvets were available as needed. The bedding upon arrival was dirty and when we asked for this to be resolved the employee was only able to provide us with sheets. He was very helpful but unfortunately we were required to change our own bedding because he was alone. The only reason that we finished our stay was because of the efforts of the staff to rectify the situation. I personally after my collective experiences with Best Western plus (Canada and USA) will NEVER book with this chain again. In both my recent experiences it is my opinion the chain does not operate with adequate staffing or supplies to ensure a pleasant stay. In any hotel there are issues and needs that need to be addressed and I actually felt bad for the staff trying to address concerns and not being set up for success.

Stay somewhere else,every cost that can been cut has been. Pergola curtains over pool area gone, so no coverage from blazing sun. Pool freezing but clean -pool towels embarrassing, they probably have better towels in prison. Air conditioning sounds like an airplane hanger with level of noise it puts off. Everything looks dirty like bare minimum clean. Bathroom so small can’t even turn around in it Front desk and most staff rude or just annoyed by your existence. Breakfast is decent selection as long as you are not a vegan, gluten free.
