Overall the staff was very nice, the hotel is very clean and in a good location. Also the hot tub was very nice. However, the hotel is very loud. There is very little sound proofing between the hallway and the door and from the room above us. We could hear everything going in the hallway outside our room all night. Rolling suitcases, people walking, talking and other normal things that happen in a hallway. We could easily hear the conversations going on as people walked by, it was not just a little noise coming from the hall. We could also hear every step the guest in the room above us made, which happened to go until 3am.

The breakfast was terrific and the staff was friendly and courteous. My family and I would stay here again.

Breakfast line was long . By 9 am , there was no food left and they did not bring out any more food . We ended up going out to eat breakfast everyday .

This best western was really below standard, laundry machines broken, terrible cool white light bulbs in the room, no usb charging outlets and the table outlets dont fit larger size chargers, really bad pillows, bedding with minor stains, wifi that cuts out, microwave with non functioning buttons…. I think it has to be one my worse stays in many years.

The hotel has an excellent location near Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, perfect for exploring the area. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, with stains on the walls, on a towel...

Short-staffed, dirty, crowded. Rally not many options for food or drinks around the area.

Dust everywhere. Especially on lamp inside room. Towels were clean but looks old. Carpet on hall way were dirty. Few staff wasn’t friendly. Rear entrance door did not work.

Over priced , breakfast options runs out in 30min of starting. You end up with dry bread and some granola. Rooms have wash basins with inconvenient heights.
