"The hotel is very nice however the panoramic terrance was under construction but the view was still amazing. We booked the honeymoon suite with the balcony it would have been nice to have a small table & 2 chairs on the balcony but there was nothing. The room was a little dated but I think it added to the Venice experience. We had a great time. Gondola was steps away, water bus was steps away, taxi came right to the hotel. Door to door service to the train station & airport. Great location highly recommend! "

"The hotel was lovely, the service, the staff were excellent but what was truly unique and outstanding was that for the first time in my life I left items in my room’s safe AND housekeeping gave it to the front desk who contacted me immediately and arranged to have it sent to my home. Sentimental jewelry, a lot of cash. What could’ve been a disaster turned into a renewed faith in humanity "

"My stay was truly amazing! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The entire place is safe, organized, and very well-kept. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the parking is convenient, making the overall experience hassle-free. The shuttle service is also a major plus—it's super convenient and always on time, which made getting around much easier. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the location. There's not much around, and the on-site market closes at 8 PM. If you happen to return on the shuttle after 8 PM and realize you need something, you're out of luck. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

"Beautiful unique property. Exceptional 5 star service. Comfortable king size beds, gorgeous view of Venice, beautiful well appointed rooms. The rooftop pool and bar is a really fun way to see Venice at night. The breakfast was beautifully done. Highly recommend staying at this quiet, safe resort just a few minutes water taxi from busy main Venice. Also, Hilton has their own water taxi running frequently day and night to the major tourist areas and it’s complimentary, so you don’t have to navigate public transportation. There are a handful of restaurants on this island as well with a local feel where you can easily get a table right on the water. "

"Perfect location if you plan to spend a day in Venice. The train is across the road. 2 beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean . Staff at the front desk were quick, helpful and friendly"
