"We loved our room which was perfect for 3 people. The concept was very appealing and the accomodations were stylish and of high quality. The hotel could do a little better job giving guests instructions on how to access the property."

"I guess there are a lot of working people here, everywhere you look you see garbage laying around on Campground, the apartment was okay and clean. "

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"I love the area. Plus my family lives around there so it's convenient. Bus transport is great. And it's a 15-20 minute walk downtown. I did not like my apartment. I had 3 windows facing an airshaft and one with light and air. I should have requested a different apartment but I think I was just too tired from the trip."

"Nice little apartment; very centrally located but a bit far from the main train station. It’s close to the main square , canal and port which was useful to us as we had a cruise booked . We stayed two nights but there were only two coffee pods and no explanation of how to use the machine . Some milk would have been nice as well . Not much provided in the way of breakfast either but that’s my only complaint. I don’t think it had air conditioning as well but it didn’t matter for us and I can’t...

"We recently stayed at Mirana Family Village and while there were some positives, there were also several negatives. Positives: We stayed in a mobile home, which was spacious and well-appointed, with two bathrooms and quality crockery and cutlery. What we appreciated most was the privacy—mobile homes are spaced out nicely, so you don’t feel crowded by your neighbors. It was perfect for a relaxing stay. "Property was near the beach ,with a lovely sea view ,which was fantastic,however,the bedroom did not had a double bed as we expected,but two single beds put together,which made our resting very uncomfortable,due to the beds splitting over the night.Unfortunately we had to sleep ,each one of us on his own single bed as the beds split,if one of us tried to reach the middle.I can say we slept individually for the entire holiday.😞"

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . "The appartment was ok, clean and equipped with basics - no problem though. However, there is no point to pay extra money to stay in this camp - there is nothing special, pretty boring place (even in the evening). The beach is not worth to stay and we rather went to different much nicer surrounding beaches near Umag each day of our stay. I would not consider it next time at all. I know much nicer places in Istria."

"We had a bucket list trip to Italy and this hotel was the best place, and really made our trip memorable and terrific! We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those busy streets! She also helped us reconfigure our room, because we had reserved it wrong, and needed an extra bed. We couldn’t have been more high maintenance, and Erika (and the housekeeping staff) could not have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. Really helpful to panicky tourists just trying to squeeze every minute into a short but meaningful vacation. She really is the superstar of the place, although the room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet deserves 10 stars. Terrific place!"
