The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, the room temperature at night was 29C.
It was impossible to sleep.
I told the person at the front desk about this problem and she dismissed my complaint without even checking.

With extraordinary warm outside, our air conditioning system was having serious problems performing at its best, and it is not true we did not care of your complaints. Some times it is not possible to solve problems in one day! At this moment the main conditioning system has had some control and it is doing its best. Thank you again.

Great location and nice property

I paid for a room with a view, but when I arrived they said it would be 25 more euros. So, I had to pay more for what I have already paid for. They would not look at my reservation or verify how much I had paid or anything helpful.

Our reservation are always verified before check-in and you actually booked a "Classic room with double bed or 2 single beds" which is not with Mountain View. Online we also have this room type: "Classic Double Room, Mountain View" that offer the view stated.Maybe there was a misunderstanding upon reservation and we are sorry for that.We hope you can give us another chance in the future.Kind regards.

A Gem of a Hotel
Posted 31 Mar 2023 on HotelsThis is my first ever review, and my only complaint is I couldn’t give a higher score. This is a very small town, but the hotel is every bit of luxury you would find anywhere. Service as impeccable, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were outstanding, spa was unique and amazing and this is, without exception, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. We were visiting our college son across the street at the Italian school, this was such a pleasant surprise!
