When in Padenghe in the summer it is a good place to stay. From there you can easily walk to the lake.

I was very upset how dirty our room was. Hair everywhere, lot of dust… Second very disappointing thing was cold pool. It is August and even in a hot day you cannot jump in.

Buongiorno, grazie per averci recensito. Non è nel nostro stile disquisire sulle segnalazioni dei clienti ma le sue affermazioni sono molto pesanti e totalmente fuori luogo. Forse potrà aver trovato un capello in camera, può succedere, ma una camera totalmente sporca come ella la descrive è solo frutto di una sua sterile opinione. Le piscine in questi giorni segnalavano circa 28 gradi ... a buoni intenditori pochissime parole. Siamo dispiaciuti per il suo stato emotivo. Se fosse vero quello che afferma avrebbe dovuto segnalare subito l'accaduto al ricevimento direttamente al suo arrivo ... ma ha evidentemente preferito un' ingiusta segnalazione dietro una tastiera. Peccato. Buona estate !

Cleaning and changing towels only once a week. There are many spiders and ants in the room... You need to take out the garbage by yourself. You need to ask for shampoo and toilet paper every day, in the morning, because in the evening no one would help you. The wifi is very weak.

The reception is open 24 hours a day. Your booking was for an apartment in room only with final cleaning included. Daily cleaning and towels change were not included in the rate and you did not want to pay any extra for this service. I hope you are not used to living with garbage inside the apartment when you are at home! Shampoo and toilet paper regularly delivered.

We were greeted very well by one of the receptionists. She showed me around the property, suggested restaurants nearby, helped with the boat ferry, and suggested places to park in neighboring areas. Our apartment had a leak in the air conditioning, so we were greeted by a bucket and hose from the ceiling upon entry. The bedspreads had so much dirt, dust, and bugs on it, that I should have asked for a different room. I ended up killing at least 5 flies that were in our bathroom. I liked the floorplan; kitchen/living area, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom/shower, and bedroom with bunk beds. However, the light switches were so confusing in the flat that we couldn't figure out which one turned on which light. The information in the rooms about the gate codes was wrong and should have been updated. There was other information on there that was incorrect, too. They do offer a wakeup service and they were very punctual. The pools and landscaping was beautiful. Parking in the lot was weird as there was no order to the numbered spots in the parking lot. Accessing the WiFi and trash areas was easy. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the tall, bald man (owner or manager, perhaps) never smiled, rolled his eyes at my inquiries, yelled at my older son when he got up to use the restroom in the restaurant. When we checked out, there was a different woman at the desk. She did not tell me what needed to be done when I said I was checking out; she just took my keys without asking for the tax

Dear Kim,Upon check-in we explain to all guests where to park and provide a brochure with updated instructions and codes. Each apartment has private parking, but neither she nor her mother listened when the directions were given.In the 2 days you were there you didn't complain, but you got angry when we scolded your two children who kept running around the breakfast room disturbing the other guests and then when they went up and down the stairs to the bathroom! Then on your table there was an endless waste of food and pieces of bread on the ground all around. You also hid food, fruit, and cookies in bags before leaving the room without asking for any permission. It's called a buffet breakfast, not a supermarket! Finally, at check-out you did not want to pay the tourist tax: we gladly do without guests like you!

Reservation for 1 night. Renovated apartment assigned. Free early check-in granted, but check-out is scheduled at 11.00 not at the end of the next day!Arrogant customers are not welcome here.

Staff were few appear to be maember of same family in their old age. They were very friendly and helpful. They were very mindful about our need. Food. They even were aware of our religious/cultrual need of meat option. That was very pleasing although we never asked for any special provision. They were very understanding about our 17 yr old teengae autistic son with Learning and language difficulties. Also very close to the lake and overlooking the lake from the balcony. We will remember these few days stay here.
