"This is my sixth visit. The hotel is convenient, and good value for the money. I have stayed on the upper floors in front and in back; I've stayed on the LG level; and two summers ago, when I blew out my knee on my trip, Mehdi changed my room--without my asking!--to the ground floor, so I wouldn't have to manage the stairs. Connan, Paul, Mehdi, Hakeem, and Buddha all took marvelous care of me again. I will be back."

"Older hotel that has been well maintained. Perfectly nice breakfast, you can choose what you like off the menu, in any combination. Everything was tasty. Only suggestion would be to keep the orange juice cold. But it’s England! The staff were superb friendly helpful, would definitely return there if in London."

"I stayed in a single room with an attached bathroom and it was a great stay for a solo female traveler! It is right next to Paddington Station, which made transportation super easy. The only con was having to walk up several flights of stairs to my room, but that is to be expected for an older property! "
