"A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. "From the start, from not responding as per the terms which is 24 hours before to send email with codes, did not happen. Units not working, ac and toilet. Poor communication where only speak spanish. You are not receiving only Spanish speaking guest. Overall I would not even visit this place if it was offered free to me. Poor management"

"Beautiful property, Very clean. Its in the middle of the highway so you can not just walk out to the store. You must enter with a car/uber and leave with a car/uber. otherwise its a very luxurious and beautiful apartment building"

"This was a great location in Casco Viejo. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars. Very walkable. Close to the malecon for jogging / walking. Rooftop pool and deck perfect for sunrise / sunset. Unit had everything we needed. Only negative was we asked for an extra blanket and were told that was not available. "

"The interior of the apartment was excellent, had all the necessities including hot water and air conditioning. There was a full kitchen, 2 private bedrooms with nice linens and walk out balconies. Easy aceess, but difficult to find, needs a bigger sign."

"We enjoyed our short 2 day stay here. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Was quick walking distance to great coffee shops and only steps away from a delightful restaurant, LAMRO. Communication with the property was efficient and check in was smooth and easy. As it is located a little off the beaten path, be prepared for “rustic” surroundings. With that, we never felt unsafe at any point."

"We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing."
