"Stayed one night. Attended a concert at the Hollywood amphitheater about a mile away, hotel offered a shuttle there and back which was super convenient. I arrived before check in, my room type was not avail but they were able to switch room types to accommodate a check in 2 hrs early. Grace was friendly and helpful. I felt the airport shuttle is misleading because I was told it’s only for those who do their park and fly option. I got lucky because the shuttle driver, Jerry, was there and was able to get a ride. Breakfast was enjoyable, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal options, bagels, muffins, jelly, cream cheese, peanut butter. Didn’t catch the cooks name but she was on it! Restocking as needed, keeping options fresh and available. "

"I was surprised about the happy hour they call the kickback. They offer a taco bar and free beer and wine. Theres a Bonefish Grill restaurant next door. A hot breakfast buffet was avaliable in the morning. "

"The location was close to the airport. The area was quiet. My only issue was that my swim shorts were stolen at the pool. I left it there to dry out under the sun. Other than that, everything else seemed to be good."

"The front desk person (Minela) was wonderful to work with, she was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice until a pipe broke causing it to be shut down for safety."
