"No water! We received a letter under our door explaining water would be turned off the next day... BUT floors above the 9th would not be impacted. Our water (10th floor) was shut off around 9:30 AM. No morning shower! Toilet had only 1 flush after water it was turned off. No available toilets in the lobby or restaurant. We had to use (2) $7.00 bottles of water to clean up. Then use the public toilet outside on the boardwalk. (... major ordeal to get $14 credited back to my account) "Off-season"...

"The location was perfect being right at the ocean. We loved being on the balcony overlooking the beach. The suite was spacious and clean. They accommodated us when we asked for adjoining rooms. "The staff were lovely! Parking is 20 per day but its in a safe garage . We were there for a basketball tournament and it was very convenient . It was clean and the breakfast was standard but based on other reveiws from other places breakfast at the virginia beach hotels are not up to the hotel usual standards. "Best thing was the view. It was directly on the Boardwalk, and the Christmas lights were up along the beach. Only two downers were the bathtub looked liked it had sand in it but was just wear and tear. Did not affect a shower. Then, no breakfast items at all, not even a coffee center in the lobby. And don't even attempt to use that little coffee maker in the room. So, you do have to go out for that ,if needed. Other then that it was very accommodating. Will stay here again. "
