We have stayed in various 5 star hotels, none compare to Borgo Vita Novella. What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. The breakfast and the lunch available was outstanding (Angela Grazie). Lastly the grounds and the pool were wonderful and well kept. It shows pride of ownership. The room was very spacious and clean. I will be returning back to Pachino to visit family, I will be bring our extended family, all staying at this wonderful resort. The views were beautiful from all areas of the resort. Ursula thank you for not cancelling my reservation because of my credit card issue and being kind. Christopher keep smiling thank you for your gentle nature and helping us out daily. Martina great service but her coffee was so delicious; Angela outstanding food, excellent chef! Happy for being happy. The room staff were attentive and welcoming daily, we felt at home.
