"It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat. "

"we were pretty much the only guests. Very nice hotel, room fine, food was less, as we were pretty much the only guests, breakfast was not always fresh and less choices. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A bit boring such an empty hotel, though."

"Great property! Very gorgeous location and a comfortable room. 15 mins drive from Alcamo and an hour from Palermo. There’s no restaurant on site, you have to pay €90 to make sure a private chef cooks for you that day which is inconvenient. There is also no elevator on the property. The spa service was mediocre "
