"Its a beautiful estate with cozy bungalows. Ac worked great and everything was clean.The family was amazing, very helpful. They made my wife and i an amazing breakfast and offered to cooked lunch and dinner. We opted to try some of the local food for lunch and dinner. "I absolutely loved this place. Cosy cabin in the heart of Pai. Staff were so attentive and friendly, always taking the time to speak with me as I left and returned to the hotel. The room was lovely and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is perfect for exploring the town of Pai. I would 100% recommend this hotel for your stay in Pai."

"We had a lovely short stay here in February, which is the quieter season (we were told domestic tourism peaks in January), so it felt especially peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful - the waterfalls are a real highlight - and we loved spotting the friendly peacocks wandering around the grounds. The resort is quite secluded, so dining options are mostly limited to the hotel’s restaurants, although there is a nice little coffee shop just a short walk away. We were also able to secure transport through the hotel to the nearby botanical gardens and Mon Jam, which was a great day out. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout - a really special spot for a calm, relaxing few days."

"The owner yelled at me to leave the room so he could clean it for the next guest. This was around 10:30 am. He never communicated the check out time, most places here are 11 or 12. I vacated at 11, he had yelled at me 3 times and banged on the door. I was going to stay another night and just ended up leaving. No confrontation, just needed to respect myself. The man is in the business of hospitality. If he had simply asked me in a different way to vacate the room I would have understood."
