The hotel claimed not having received the payment from the booking platform. So we had to pay again a higher amount. In the end we agreed on being refunded the dfference and are waiting for the money from the booking platform. In 2023 such things should not happen. It meant additional effort for everyone.

Good but could be better. Need some improvements especially with regards to laundry and toilet.

The environment was disappointing, service was very poor. There was no professionalism with staff members.
The room was really disappointing that I regretted the booking.

We highly apologized for the inconvenience of the environment that week due to heavy down pure, infact ruin was so bad that so many roads and a lot places was affected, but we have taken step to work on our drainage systems. With staff new supervisor is on duty now thanks management
