Had to cancel my reservation and go home, my sister passed away. Told them i did not expect a refund, i would be happy with a credit as I go to SXM every year.
Not interested in doing anything for me, other then saying sorry.
i will never, ever stay there, please enjoy my hard earned money that i gave you for a week i did not use!

The excellent view on Marina bay, convinient location on the boarder of Dutch site, nice beach, friendly staff, beautiful property, tasty breakfast

Horrible parking and the staff trucks always blocking the one way road to the rooms

We got an upgrade, which was fantastic. Loved the kitchen and grill availability to cook in a few nights. Nice choice between beach and pool. Happy hours were fantastic, particularly the 2 for 1 special. Nelson was awesome and helped us at every turn. We hope to return again!
