Nice hotel with excellent staff
Posted 29 Jul 2021 on HotelsStaff excellent, easy parking with a small change for parking in the garage which was fine. There was the option to park free on the road outside the front of the hotel. The bed and room was very good. The only issues were the toilet decor was tired and the air conditioning was not working (I did not complain about the air conditioning, so the hotel did not have the opportunity to sort the issue), but would suggest that when checking in, in the summer months, reception is asked to ensure it is working in the room.

Posted 13 Nov 2018 on HotelsCouldn’t get in when we arrived and had no instructions how to. Rooms were fantastic. Oyonnax is not a nice place to be in. Parking is expensive at the hotel, breakfast isn’t worth €13 a person and wasn’t highlighted as we only book places with free breakfasts
