Love this property. Great service, amentiies and view of mt fuji! Had a great time. And food although limited in selection was very good. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea.

The scenic view of Mt Fuji alongside the glimpse of the motor museum (without ticket) is impeccable. Mr. Ryosuke Inoue was very friendly and accomodating to our requests. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we cannot wait to return.

This stay has been amazing! The staff were very friendly and nice. The only con about this stay is that the hotel is pretty far from any of the things that most people want to do in the My Fuji area. The room service was delicious & the balcony Mt Fuji view room was breathtaking!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms were huge, and the service was excellent. We could see Mount Fuji from our windows as well. A bit far from all the usual tourist attractions, but as we rented a car, that was fine for us.

The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels.
I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence.
