Their extremely unprofessional. The management is NEVER THERE. WHO RUNS A NATIONAL HOTEL CHAIN WITHOUT MANAGEMENT. They took a deposit and charged my card after they LIED AND SAID I WAS NEVER CHARGED. I most definitely will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL CHAIN TO Anyone period. .

Staff were wonderful and rooms were as clean as they could be for an older facility. Carpet throughout the building was old and dirty. Bathrooms are tiny. It was decent for the price we paid. Better than paying $800 a night to stay in Oxford.
