Quiet end of the street, walkable from train station and tourist spots. We stayed in room 311, which was very roomy, but required a small chest of drawers, as not enough space for clothes. Otherwise a good and reasonable priced hotel

My only criticisms are two:
1) you should install "grab- bars" in the otherwise geat showers; and -
2) add 2 hand wash clothes to the towels set.

It was really conveniently located, yet still quiet so that we weren't disturbed at night. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The only minor thing that could have been improved on is that our hallway was a little tired looking (marks on walls, paint chipping in places) and could have used a little sprucing up. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the centre of Oxford.

Some good and some bad elements to to this slightly faded hotel in city centre location. Some rooms are good, others are in poor condition. Smallish rooms but with decent sized well decorated bathrooms.

Great location for central Oxford. Hotel was otherwise OK, good size room and bathroom. I didn’t eat there.

Great location
Room ok although felt very claustrophobic as tiny window so limited air circulation
No teabags or biscuits
A lot of money for an average stay but the hotel location was excellent for the city and local amenities .
