Adorably decorated and convenient to town square dining and shopping. Loved that it had a restaurant and bar on the 4th floor and coffee/breakfast in lobby.

Great location, but hotel needs a MAJOR renovation and upgrade. Lobby is cute but hallways, rooms are tired, beat up.paint chipping, all doors into rooms are majorly scuffed and dirty. We had to switch rooms, first one had a terrible mildew smell and torn carpet. The front desk moved us and better but at $300 a night I have stayed at cleaner hotels at less than half the cost. For the same price I would stay at the Oliver next time if looking for a central location

The Lobby floor will be resurfaced, and the guest corridor carpets will be replaced beginning in January.
