The front desk clerk was personable and helpful. This location is quiet and close to many restaurants and less than half a mile from a large strip mall. The breakfast choices were plentiful.

We only stayed there long enough to sleep and move on. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We’ve stayed in several hotels in that area and I would consider this one slightly better than average.

Breakfast selection was limited and defrosted bagels and cinnamon buns were dense. Could have been available till 10am .

We arrived several hours before check in after having travelled for 8 hours with our dogs. Bethany at the front desk was extremely polite and knowledgeable in addition to being sympathetic to us. She told us we could come back in an hour when the room was clean. Jackie clean our room spotlessly and was able to give me an extra pillow. Both Bethany and Jackie deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and hospitality. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Lights are off or dickering in the lobby and hallways, ice machine on our floor was out of order so was the breakfast juice station. Our bed had one side that was absolutely sunken in so much it was like climbing a hill to the other side of the bed- horrible and deformed.

Never stay here!
Posted 6 Sep 2024 on HotelsI was booked for a three night stay at this hotel. Upon checking into my room, there was no soap or tissue in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for some and I was told the hotel was all out. The following day, I went to the dining room for breakfast and they were out of coffee. I was away from 8:30am until 8pm. When I returned to the hotel, there were signs stating there would be no water the following day from 7am until 3pm. When I got to my room, it had not been cleaned; still
No soap or shampoo. When I talked with the front desk, the young woman working said she couldn’t do anything about it. I said I wanted to check out and get a credit for the remainder of my stay. She said she did not have the authority to do that. She made a note for the manager; I left the hotel to go to a different one. I did not hear from the manager the following day. This was the worst experience and I will never again stay at a Fairfield Inn.
