Location - brilliant! Facilities, bed, linen, security are all amazing - lovely and new and my room was really clean, tidy and comfortable. Really noisy when the window was open and no aircon so can get hot. I was there over a weekend and the others in the house weren’t that clean in the kitchen so could be a problem for anyone who is fanatical about mess and dirty plates.

Excellent place to stay. Very good facilities. The ROoMs are tidy and the place is clean. Good control system, TVs, refrigerators and others.

3 bedroom flat advertised as a hotel; probably the most noisy room I have ever stayed in Oxford. No cleaning for 7 days. Never Again Expedia should take notice and should not be advertised as a Hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We were really sorry to hear that the accomodation did not live up to your expectations. Had you made us aware of this during your stay with us we would have been more than happy to have offered to re-locate you to one of our other apartments. We offer a free linen and towel change for any of our guests staying 7 nights or more. As your stay was for 5 nights whilst this would not be usual for us to do so we would have been happy if you had let us know to have arranged this for you and also to have discussed for your room to have been cleaned. The shared facilities were cleaned twice during your 5 day stay by our house keeping team. We were also sorry to hear that you felt that our property was not accurately advertised via Expedia. Our Property is advertised as a guest house on Expedia's web platform and not a hotel and we wish to assure you that we comply honestly with their terms of reference in how this property is represented. We are sorry again that your stay did not live up to your expectations and that we were unable during your stay to have had the opportunity to have resolved this with you.

Decent room; shared bath

Decent little room close to the University. The room does not have its own bathroom; it is shared with 3 other rooms, so a bit of a problem if you have to go, and there is someone in the bath. The room is up 2 flights of narrow stairs. Comfy bed and room which faces St. Clements, but not too noisy. The carpet was really dirty and stained, but otherwise room was ok. Also, no mention of $35 cleaning fee when I booked. Also, one morning there was no hot water, which sucked.

Good location. Large clean flat. Cleaning fee was however compulsory when advertised as optional.
