It was convenient, good value and near to shops, restaurants and transport - and surprisingly quiet for a main road. However there were no staff on site except for breakfast, the room was very cramped (it was sold to us as a double but was in fact a triple), the shower was almost impossible to get hot, there was no tea in the tea-making facilities, and the breakfast table having a knife and fork led us to expect a cooked breakfast which was not available. The door, windows and banisters all needed painting and were currently in a very dingy looking dark brown, though they had made a good effort to decorate for Christmas. We would not go there again.

Fab location - can get bus straight into town outside the guest house!
Staff are really friendly and parking onsite was a bonus!

Nice family room and good value with breakfast.
Some information in listing is inaccurate as check out is 10am not 10.30 and breakfast ended at 9am not 9.30am as advertised for weekends so we weren't able to have any cooked breakfast as we missed it sadly.

The B&B is old and dirty, but it is convenient for transport and shopping.

I enjoyed my stay, my room and bathroom were clean despite what other reviews were saying. No issues with hot water. Location is well deserved by buses to Oxford and Woodstock.

It is at a pretty convenient location, near multiple buses that goes to the main Oxford city center, and lots of restaurants near by. The room itself is comfy. The issues we had were, the room did not have clean sheets when we checked-in, and there was no one on-site when we arrived. There was a sign on the door to say - call this number, but is hard if you don't have cellular service (overseas visitor)
