Elevator needed a good cleaning.
Could almost see through the towels

Only problem was there was a gallon sized freezer bag over the smoke detector. Odd that cleaners did not find it. Told the front desk though

We had to request another room because the bed in 1st room was very poorly made & looked slept in. I took photos of the messy bed & called the front desk. The phone was not connected properly & I was unable to make a good connection with Desk clerk. Thankfully, the Desk clerk came & knocked on our door & we informed her of our concerns & showed her photos. She was very helpful & agreed yo change us to a new room. The new room was much better & appeared clean & well maintained. The rest of our stay was pleasant & satisfactory.
